Nice place, very traditional, and the food is good. We went there for Christmas lunch. The food was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Deliberately left rustic and rustic, it's actually a quality restaurant. We were immediately offered toasted bread with delicious local olive oil, and the home-cooked dishes were equally delicious. Recommended.

I met Quintino, the owner, yesterday. He's a wonderful guy, and I was delighted to try his restaurant. I live in Canada and was missing certain flavors. And no, for once I didn't want to share with my wife, because my homemade orecchiette with turnips were so good. I also tried the fried appetizers, the fish meatballs, and the amazing SCURDIJATA. Then there was the good house wine, only €10 a bottle, but I was super satisfied! Thank you, you guys are AMAZING!

I don't even know where to begin, but I'll start with the owners: they're a wonderful, loving, and welcoming family, and the service is excellent! Eating here was like being at home. The atmosphere is super rustic and quaint, warm, and comfortable. How wonderful it is to eat in a place that lets you experience the place authentically! The food: have you ever felt moved by simple yet rich flavors that remind you of grandma's house? I experienced all of this here today, and I highly recommend it! We ordered mixed appetizers, orecchiette with turnip greens, and orecchiette with shrimp, bacon, and squeezed tomatoes. Typical Salento setting, mamma's cooking, we had a good time, open on Sunday lunchtime.

Delicious and traditional cuisine, very friendly server, nothing to complain about. We'll be back.

We spent two weeks on vacation in Torre Suda, and this place has always been our go-to for the excellent food, the warm welcome, and the friendliness of the owner and staff. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The menu description in other languages ​​was not correct, the food was good but the service was terrible, the guy who was serving the tables was completely unmotivated, he was not very friendly and this broke the whole atmosphere that could have been pleasant.
