Listen, I’m American. I eat a lot 🤣🤣🤣. But when I want to eat well I go to La Posada Di Ciola ! It’s the best pizza in Serra San Bruno a truly hidden spot you wouldn’t find on leaderboards. If I could give this place a Michelin star I would give 10 ! Service is amazing and pizza A La Burrata is a must ! Whatever you do,eat at La posada ! The restaurant is in the heart of Serra right off the Corso,it’s a locals only restaurant but it welcomes all visitors with open arms. Listen if you’re looking for local than this is the place ! I would strongly advise coming here on an empty stomach as you would truly want to experience the true Italian local flavors. Also I would like to say that the Palle Di Ciola are the best appetizer in Europe,nothing can compare to them it’s a thing you can only find at La Posada !
