As far as the dishes are concerned, in my personal opinion they could be done much better.
As soon as you sit down at the table, the owner welcomes you and explains what the strong points of the menu are.
The proposal is a vegan appetizer, a bruschetta with smoked bacon cooked at low temperature, parmesan and balsamic, many choices of side dishes, boneless chicken thighs, rostinciana and pork sausages, cut seasoned in various ways and Irish Angus tomahawks as steaks.
Even if it seems reductive that a steak house has only one type of steak, in my opinion it is always better to guarantee good ingredients and a menu that is not too broad.
After all, Irish Angus tomahawks are one of the best steaks that exists among the imported ones because they are not too tasty, soft and able to satisfy every type of palate.
Among what we ate there were some really good things: the bacon put on the bruschetta and a small piece in the grill was divine, the BBQ sauce reworked with honey and Jack Daniels was very tasty.
What makes me leave three stars is the cooking since everything we ate was burnt.
By now anyone, even if not an expert griller, knows what the maillard reaction is and that a nice steak, with that aromatic crust, is the decisive extra boost in every bite but if everything is burnt unfortunately what remains in the mouth is only a bitter aftertaste that covers the flavor of the meat.
Browsing the reviews with photos I see that sometimes the cooking is perfect while other times the meat is burnt as happened to us, I leave a couple of photos of grilled meat and steak.
For the bill, the price of the tomahawk may very well fit and perhaps other things are a little more expensive for the average of restaurants in the same category but in any case the total is adequate.

Had a great meal with the family! Very nice owner and staff.
Small menu but what they have and prepare is perfect.
The starter that the chef recommended to us, which we shared with 2 adults and 2 children, was tasty and the children liked it too.
They don't have a children's menu, but the sausages were good to share and they shared the lemon ice cream for dessert and loved it.
And both adults had a steak that was well prepared.
And the pistachio dessert is definitely recommended!!
We will definitely come back here!

Mario is a unique host!
The phrase that amused me the most is this: "No pasta! No pizza! No cappuccino!"
In his steak house you can eat really excellent meat!
I recommend the Porka bruschetta, the potatoes with gorgonzola and definitely the Tomahawk!!
The weighing of the meat is done directly at the table and the staff is kind and smiling; if you are near Rosignano you can't miss it!

From appetizers trough angus beef and finally desserts all delicious. The beef was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The owner is nice and explains everything about the menu. The servis is friendly and the atmosphere is spot on if you want to have a nice dinner. Worth every penny.

Great experience. Fast and good service, explanations of the daily/special dishes by the chef/owner personally. Since he comes from America, he knows how to handle meat on the grill. Food came to the table very quickly and was very tasty. It filled up within a very short time the restaurant. The staff had everything under control and everything was calm and controlled. The pork bruscetta and tomahawk steak were extremely tasty. The boss didn't miss the opportunity to personally introduce his specialties to each table. The meat is presented at the table before grilling.

Era da tempo che volevo venire a mangiare qui dopo che diversa gente me ne aveva parlato bene, ed ho approfittato del fatto che era di strada (o quasi) tornando a casa da un weekend fuori porta. Beh, ho fatto strabene! Il crostone con la pancia stufata era veramente una chicca, ma il Tomahawk da 1,7 kg davvero da urlo. La carne pareva burro! Appena si può ci torniamo di sicuro!
