Excellent pizza, great special dough! Recommended!!

I came to dinner alone, but I didn't feel alone! The staff was welcoming, sweet, and sensitive, especially when you look at how they treated the children in Halloween makeup. They were cute because they were also in costume! And I find there's a lot of harmony among them; they joke around, and this has a huge impact on the work environment! It's true, the tables are very close together, the space is small, but if people thought less about judging those around them and enjoyed the people at their table, the problem wouldn't arise. I think in a restaurant setting, it's really hard not to feel lonely when you're eating alone, so they met every need for me in terms of staff! I tried the charcoal dough for the first time because I'd been told it was lighter and easier to digest, and it's true; I didn't feel bloated afterwards. Even more importantly? I could tear the crust like soft bread; it was truly delicious in every way.

The pizza and desserts were excellent. Kudos to the waitress, she was top notch!

Small place, but with very good quality ingredients! A special mention goes to the girl at the cash register/bar, who is very friendly and approachable.

Now, you can say that there are indeed too many tables in this place, and feeling a bit crowded is obviously not pleasant, but to say that there is no kindness here???? The ladies, besides being pleasant to look at, demonstrated truly remarkable kindness and courtesy. We're talking about pizza 🤔 What can I say? It's certainly good, but personally, the whole-grain dough remains slightly dry due to the thinness of the pizza, which, although well-cooked, in my opinion, could have benefited either from more toppings or a thicker crust. In final judgment, the diners at our table gave it an 8... and I gave it a 7. The desserts were good, as were the sorbets. €45 per couple with the fork discount. (Which obviously is pointless since it only applies to food (pizza), excluding drinks, desserts, coffe, and obviously there is a markup on these expenses, basically... what goes out the door, comes back in through the window.) Shall we go back?!!!! Definitely maybe at a more peaceful time, avoiding having to do everything in an hour and a half. Rating 7.5. Recommendation. PS. On the downside, the background music, which I hate regardless, but... I can stand Bach... I've never listened to bad music.

Personally, I didn't like air fryer fries.
