Relaxed atmosphere, delicious pizza!

I can only give a partial review of this pizzeria's ambiance, as we ate outside at a comfortable table set up on the covered sidewalk that runs the length of the building. The pizza was very good, cooked perfectly, without the usual charred edges. The crust was moderately high and absolutely edible. The pizza dough was EXCELLENT, with a delightful flavor and aroma, the result of research and blending of special flours that also make it light and easily digestible. The Fior di Latte mozzarella was excellent, evenly melted and distributed throughout the pizza, and the Pummarola was also very good. In conclusion, it was a GOOD PIZZA, and I highly recommend it.
