Everyone's been boasting about reinterpretations these days...but the pizza here is truly different. And it's excellent. You can taste the research and hours of work from the first bite. The protein dough is amazing. Special mention for the fried chickpea flour...a real treat.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! Their dough is fabulous, and the ingredients they use are top-quality. The place is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. They also have some delicious desserts, worth trying—they're truly unique and well-made. It was definitely a pleasant discovery!

Top pizzeria! The owners are just as DELICIOUS as their pizza! I usually struggle with all leavened products, but with theirs, I had no problems at all! I'll definitely be back!

Pizzeria 1000 Miglia Creperie

11/02/2026: We stopped in for lunch with a colleague after a customer recommended the place. The atmosphere is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent. We plan to return soon.
