We found this pizzeria by chance, and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was very good, the staff were friendly, and the prices were fair. We'll definitely be back.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Prices are in line with the Gallipoli market, and the quality is top-notch. When I come to Gallipoli and don't want a busy evening, this is the place to be. When I want to eat calzones and rustici at home, it's top-notch and reasonably priced!

Freshly baked pizzas, dry, without tomato sauce, and tasteless; not much better than the pizza al taglio. The Rustico was completely empty inside, very greasy; the calzones were passable, but the oil was a bit too much. As with many businesses in Gallipoli, no one says hello when you enter, and no one says hello when you leave...

We chose "La Pizza da Michele" for our "rosticceria evening." The rustico, crocchettone, and pizza al taglio were all delicious, all accompanied by fast, friendly service and a super fair bill. Recommended.
