01/09/2024: I had a great experience at this piadineria! They also make gluten-free wraps and the lady at the counter was very helpful in explaining to me how they cook gluten-free wraps. If you are celiac, they will pay a lot of attention to cooking and assembling the piadina. And having said that, it was also really very good (and gigantic compared to the standard for gluten free wraps😆)! A must visit when you stop in Lignano💕
