La Piramide Hostaria Pizzeria In Bomarzo

We were there today with my wife and baby!!! We happened to be passing by... the best of the best! Thanks!

My father used to say Vignanello is the center of the world. He was close. It’s actually Bomarzo. And this restaurant is further proof of this.

I’m obsessed with this place. Gluten free pizza?! Fresh out of the oven? Everything is delectable. It’s easy to get gluten free pasta in Italy but GF pizza is so much harder to come by. You can even get the fried antipasti gluten free 🥹 the restaurant is certainly delicious even beyond their gf options - my gluten eating partner raves about it just as much as I do. Don’t miss it on your trip to bomarzo :)

Excellent food. Very thin-crust pizza but very good ingredients. I recommend the crema catalana for dessert, probably the best I've ever had.

Very large and spacious place. We ordered a medium platter, and it was plentiful. The cold cuts were a bit thick, but good. The pizza was crispy and huge. In the dining room, there were three waiters, two men and a woman. They were very kind. It's a shame that The woman, while cutting the pizza, kept touching it with her hands, after scratching her head and touching her hair. The pizza chef, who uses the peel he uses to pick up the pizza (which also fell to the floor), rings the bell to let you know it's ready! If I hadn't seen it, I could have given more stars because, in the end, the price, kindness, and food were all okay! 😙

Everything was delicious, the staff were really kind and welcoming. We'll be back as soon as we have the chance.

We ate an excellent amatriciana reinterpreted with a more summery twist. The platters were decidedly generous. Service was a bit slow, but the waiter was alone.

I tried the first course of the day, pasta with yellow datterino tomatoes, pecorino cheese, pepper, and guanciale, and it was truly delicious. High-quality ingredients, well-cooked, and truly excellent. The service was a little slow, but the place is popular.

Io e il mio compagno siamo passati qui a pranzo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti! Il cibo è superbo, per chi ha problemi di celiachia, intolleranze e allergie è un paradiso! Il mio compagno non ha mai mangiato così tanto e soprattutto in modo così variegato, di solito ci vengono offerte pizze surgelate o un paio di tipi di pasta, qui l'intero menù (o comunque un buon 95%) è a disposizione nella variante senza glutine ed essendo lui anche vegetariano non ha avuto nessun problema ad uscire da lì con qualche chilo in più e soprattutto con la soddisfazione alle stelle! Il personale si prodiga per risolvere qualsiasi questione e propone molti piatti. La sera fanno la pizza cotta al forno a legna, anche senza glutine! Noi siamo stati seguiti da Valerio, di una cortesia unica e sempre sorridente, ci ha proposto tantissimi piatti e consigliato senza indugio varianti per le intolleranze che gli venivano rivelate. Luigi, il proprietario, non ha seguito noi ma quando abbiamo scambiato due chiacchiere abbiamo scoperto essere anche lui un'ottima persona. Non possiamo che ringraziarvi per l'esperienza che ci avete fatto provare e sicuramente torneremo, magari a cena così proveremo anche la pizza! A presto, Jessica e Alessio

Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante per caso, che dire tutto molto buono e di qualità, personale gentile e premuroso, sala ordinata pulita e moderna.
