Excellent dishes, the roast suckling pig is highly recommended. Update, today to my great amazement I found short pajata sleeves, an indispensable temptation for a true Roman, spectacular!

We happened upon this restaurant by chance as it is located near Torri in Sabina. We had a great time. The staff is welcoming, professional and quick, all the dishes are excellent (special mention for the baked sea bream, I'm not a fish lover and yet I ate it all) the first courses are excellent. Honest prices. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the pleasant experience!

Nice place, rustic enough where there is "substance" just by seeing the tables always full.. Recommended, excellent grilled meat. Small appetizer and a slice of donut offered free of charge, these nice touches are a pleasure... I will return when I ride my motorbike in splendid Sabina. 😉

C'Era Una Volta

03/02/2025: Nome azzeccatissimo. C era una volta un ristorantino vista lago, dove il buon cibo e la cortesia regnano sovrani. Di passaggio durante un giro in moto in solitaria , ho provato a chiamare all ultimo senza prenotazione e , la signora mi ha comunque trovato un posticino e mi ha fatto mangiare. Che dire....gentilissima ed è stato tutto perfetto. Grazie
