Well done, well done, well done! Even though it was Sunday and the place was full, we ate everything very well, first courses, second courses and side dishes. All espresso food and excellent grill. Quick and courteous service.

Excellent first courses: amazing pork butcher strongozzi!!!
Second courses: excellent veal or veal steaks! Amazing guinea fowl with olives!!!
Very friendly, professional and patient staff!!!
Definitely dated rustic atmosphere!!! But, it's the only sore point...which can be forgiven given that everything else is amazing!!!

Typical local restaurant. Fish or meat-based food. It's not exactly cheap, but the price is adequate for the quality of the food. The first courses are really appreciable... I recommend the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Air-conditioned room, a non-negligible aspect in the summer heat...

From Dario? true gastronomic heart of Sabina; traditional dishes, real meat on site. Classic first courses, fettuccine, maltagliate.... with strong sauces with flavors that do not allow second thoughts and I forgot the very typical appetizers: sausages, chicory, beans, pork rinds, pecorino cheeses and so on... grilled meat. Hurray Hurray for perhaps obvious eating, but a true immersion in quality local flavours
