A classic Romagna piadina shop, the advantage is that it's right in the center of Cervia.

We stumbled upon it by chance, and we'll definitely make it our next visit. The dough was excellent, the filling plentiful and of a quality I haven't had in a long time, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The piadinas are simply spectacular: fragrant dough, light but tasty, cooked to perfection. The menu offers a wide choice of classic and more creative fillings, all with very fresh and quality ingredients. I tried a piadina with squacquerone, raw ham and rocket: a masterpiece of balance between flavours. The vegetarian versions and those with local cured meats are also absolutely worth it. Super friendly and helpful staff, quick service even at peak times. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for both a quick lunch and an informal dinner by the sea. A must-see for those who want to taste the real Romagna piadina as it should be. We will definitely be back!
