La piccola cucina In Alghero

had dinner with my wife...welcoming place, very kind and attentive staff...very good food...will return when we are in Alghero...

Great atmosphere, delicious food.

We ate two evenings in this restaurant, excellent cuisine both in the quality of the food and in the presentation of the dishes, excellent service good value for money. When we return to Alghero we will definitely return.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff was extremely kind and attentive throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the sore point came with the dishes. Although the presentation was refined, the overall quality did not justify the decidedly high prices. I ordered the spaghetti with sea urchins, and I must say that I was disappointed: the dish was flavorless, even the risotto was not creamy and not very tasty. In short, the restaurant offers a delightful setting and attentive service, but the cuisine, at least for the dishes we tried, did not live up to expectations, especially in relation to the costs and waiting times.

Second time we dine in this little restaurant.... Welcoming place, well-kept, clean, clean and tidy open kitchen, good wine list.... The food? Try it and believe it! We only ate fish, but the raw materials are fresh and of quality..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A real surprise!! A very simple and small place (especially the kitchen) but the quality of the food and the aesthetics of the dishes is that of a high quality restaurant. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail! The staff is very welcoming and prepared. The kitchen is visible and while you are at the table you can watch the chefs preparing the dishes. We visited several restaurants in the city but "La Piccola Cucina" is the one that satisfied and amazed us most of all. Truly compliments to the staff who are also quite young but already have the experience needed to manage a place that is nothing short of exceptional! Well done, well done, well done!

A fantastic discovery just outside the center of Alghero. Location with attention to detail, attentive and young staff and super fresh and tasty food. We will definitely be back before the end of the holiday. The only flaw, the Inter scarf (just kidding). Congratulations 💯

Molto gentili e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Ho mangiato il tonno che era davvero molto buono! Non è economico ma ne vale la pena.

Nel pensare alla recensione dell’esperienza avevo chiaro che sarebbe stata la più lunga che abbia scritto. Due considerazioni abbastanza trasversali: 1. La regola zero della ristorazione è l’attenzione al cliente. 2. Performare in linea (meglio sopra) le aspettative sta diventando una necessità per crearsi una customer base stabile e fedele. Con il bagaglio di aspettative altissime che le recensioni di Tripadvisor sanno creare (in quel momento “La Piccola Cucina” risultava il miglior ristorante di Alghero) abbiamo deciso di provarlo. Il posto è carino con la cucina a semivista e due zone per gli ospiti, una limitrofa alla cucina e una seconda in un dehors chiuso e coperto; entrambe moderne e arredate con gusto (peccato per le piante di plastica). La carta propone una scelta sia di carne che di pesce con prevalenza del secondo, e spiccano anche piatti particolari (come gli anemoni fritti). Personalmente considero un valore aggiunto che le proposte del menù siano un numero contenuto perché premessa di una selezione attenta di rotazione delle materie prime che ne garantisce la freschezza. Senza entrare nei particolari delle scelte che abbiamo fatto (sono certo che tutte le proposte fossero in linea come quelle che abbiamo provato, ossia veramente molto buone), durante la cena ci sono stati alcuni dettagli legati a servizio (ad esempio i piatti non sono arrivati insieme) che mi avevano fatto propendere per una valutazione di 4 su 5 più per l’esperienza (vedi il secondo principio enunciato all’inizio) che per il cibo che invece meritava il massimo. Quello che mi ha fatto cambiare idea è stato l’atteggiamento dei ragazzi in servizio che alla fine della cena ci hanno manifestato le difficoltà, si sono scusati e hanno espresso attenzione all’esperienza del cliente, che così viene elevato al livello di ospite. E che così è sicuramente propenso a perdonare qualche svista (provate a lavorarci voi tutti i giorni in un ristorante) di fronte a una brigata così. Perché le due considerazioni sopra non le ho scritte a caso ma in ordine di importanza… Bravi. 5 stelle (o palline, fate voi). Torneremo di sicuro.
