La piccola cucina In Alghero

Very nice, minimal and elegant place in the center of Alghero. We ate very well and the dishes were presented with extreme care. The bar area is very nice. Reasonable prices. I recommend it

We had a pleasant experience at this place and the food was good but a tad expensive in my opinion (for what we were given). The prawn paccheri had strong flavour whereas the cacio e pepe with tartufo not so much (had to top it up with ample pepe). Nothing special with the antipasti but the bocconi were a good find. Service feels a little rushed since the place is busy (so some mistakes happen) but we didn't have to wait for long which is good. Desserts were good, so all in all I'd recommend having the prawn paccheri and a dessert to follow up!

Absolutely perfect dinner! Welcoming atmosphere, smiling, kind and helpful staff. Top quality food and good selection of wines. We will be back!!

La Piccola Cucina, perla di Alghero, accoglie i suoi ospiti con piatti che raccontano il mare attraverso gusto e creatività. L’antipasto è un vero invito alla scoperta: i Bocconi di mare, il Rocher di tonno e polpo e l’Anemone di mare combinano sapori e consistenze in modo sorprendente, trasformando ingredienti freschissimi in piccole delizie. Tra i primi, la pasta ai ricci conquista con la sua cremosità e il perfetto equilibrio di sapori, mentre le linguine alla granseola esaltano la freschezza del crostaceo con una preparazione semplice ma raffinata. Ogni piatto riflette la passione dello chef, che con tecnica e creatività riesce a valorizzare ogni ingrediente. Anche i dessert non sono da meno: pensati per concludere il pasto con un tocco di dolcezza, reinterpretano la tradizione con originalità, lasciando il segno con ogni boccone. A rendere speciale l’esperienza è anche lo staff, sempre attento e cordiale, capace di creare un’atmosfera familiare senza rinunciare alla professionalità. Un super restaurant de poisson et de viande rouge très bien cuisiner et bien servi, tout était super les plats sont délicieux. Le service est très correcte, une bonne adresse à Alghero
