Both the "cucina" menu, with truly delicious first and second courses, and the wood-fired pizzas are excellent! The staff is courteous and professional. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

While similar concepts exist across Italy, none match the freshness and quality of Nostra Manera. The owner, Davide was wonderful in explaining the concept of the restaurant and very kind and genuine - please consider visiting if you are in Alba!
