Very good piada, neither thick nor thin, with raw flour and wholemeal flour. Really excellent and digestible. We had it with sardines, radicchio and onion. Spectacular. Eleonora and Marco, the owners, are really kind and hospitable that you feel like family. The place inside is small but in the heat you can eat outside on the steps. Top location. Advise.

Very good piadina and very digestible since they make it with oil instead of lard. The cassoni and the various stuffed piadinas are delicious.👍👍👍
