La Piadineria alla scalinata In Santarcangelo di romagna

Piadineria at the entrance to the city center. Very pleasant to taste one of the specialties of Romagna in a location of peace and tranquility. The food is good, but the side dish is even better. Definitely recommended at least for those who visit the place.

I had a fabulous piada with sardines. Simple but quality ingredients. I don't have a photo of the piadina because I devoured it quickly, just come and try it.

Super stuffed piadina and very special flavours! Pecorino, caramelized figs, porchetta, raw spinach, walnuts, red onions and anchovies...excellent!!! The owner is kind and friendly, a little place perched on the staircase with wooden tables that used to be sewing machines ☺️ background music... Top 🔝 Honest prices.

On Saturday 12 April after visiting the caves of San Michele we stopped at the piadineria La Scalinata for lunch. On the owner's advice we took the piadine with sardines, boned open and cooked as he knows how. O T T I M E! I recommend it for those who don't want to waste time and eat quickly. Very good piada, neither thick nor thin, with raw flour and wholemeal flour. Really excellent and digestible. We had it with sardines, radicchio and onion. Spectacular. Eleonora and Marco, the owners, are really kind and hospitable that you feel like family. The place inside is small but in the heat you can eat outside on the steps. Top location. Advise.

Very good piadina and very digestible since they make it with oil instead of lard. The cassoni and the various stuffed piadinas are delicious.👍👍👍
