La Piadineria In Piacenza

I began my experience in Cremona, where I ate the best piadina of my life. Then one day a friend said to me, "Let's stop for a piadina here on Via Martiri della Resistenza..." and I noticed the brand, which was the same as Cremona... so I thought, "So it's a chain... but is it the same as that one?" Let's try it. Since then, whenever I want to eat a good, truly carefully made piadina, I go there. The girls are always polite, friendly, and very patient, sometimes with rude customers—because I've witnessed scenes like that—but they're not only good at cooking, they're also good at dealing with people... really!!! As for the rest... RICCIONE, MILANO MARITTIMA, RIMINI... I ate the piadina thinking it was something special... yours is better... GUARANTEED... and cheaper too.

It's perfect for a quick lunch!

Good food, fairly fast service. The only small flaw is the lack of indoor tables and a few outdoor tables, but it's in the middle of a narrow, traffic-restricted street.

Fantastic atmosphere, very welcoming and helpful staff! Highly recommended.

Excellent piadinas and quick preparation times

The piadinas are undoubtedly good, but the place and the tables are very dirty, and that's not a singular consideration.

Let's say that in this piadineria I have already found the piadinas undercooked twice and therefore a bit raw, it's a shame the service is always ok, nothing to say

One of the many locations of this now famous fast food chain, conveniently located on Via Martiri della Resistenza. The restaurant has kiosks for quick ordering and is a standard size for a La Piadineria. The staff are very friendly with all customers, and it was actually nice to see them interact with the regulars. The piadina was excellent, generously topped, as it should be. I appreciate that they provided us with plenty of napkins for our order, but I think the company should consider providing trays for customers to use, so they don't have to put food directly on the table. It's clear that the restaurant is cleaned fairly frequently, but it's still not ideal to have to use napkins as placemats to prevent the piadinas from touching the table. Regardless, it was a good experience. We left feeling quite satisfied.

We are regulars, and every time Bell manages to surprise us with her smile and courtesy. Even at closing, she welcomed us without ever making us feel like we were in the way: a rare gesture, which shows true passion for her work. Polite, kind and with textbook patience—a professional like few others. **The restaurant business needs more people like her... and she definitely deserves a promotion!!!
