La Piadineria In Busnago

I'm not local, but every time I come to visit my mother, I go shopping at Globo in Busnago. My refreshment point is the piadineria and every time I am served by Krizia, a simple, friendly and thoughtful girl who, inevitably, is originally from Vallecrosia, a few km from where I live. Besides the service, (all staff) Great food and cleanliness are their strong point.

It's the second time we eat here at Piadineria di Busnsgo. The piadina itself is good but, compared to other Piadineria outlets, they always seem poorly stuffed: today the one with ham and edamer had only one very thin slice of cooked meat and the one with raw, squacquerone and rocket had almost no cheese at all. Sin!

I tried the classic raw squacquerone and rocket salad, to understand how it is filled and what the dough is like. Sufficiently high piadina, I don't like the thin one to roll, but the price/quantity ratio is so-so: I expected at least double the filling. Good raw but it was difficult to see it.

I was here in September and, like then, I stopped in this piadineria (at the Globo in Busnago) and, like then, I received splendid service, pampered and revered by a splendid staff. And, with pleasure, I learned that Krizia is in "training to move up"!!! In my opinion, a good choice. Thank you very much see you soon.
