We occasionally eat piadina at "La Piadineria" in various locations. I must say, it's not always managed the same way, but at Leone in Lonato, a single ordering kiosk creates unnecessary waits, with people unsure of what to do scrolling through the various lists for endless minutes. Tables are cleaned in a rather sketchy and inconsistent manner. The display case where you can see the food preparations reveals a lack of thoroughness even in the handling of the food. The "fried" chips were shockingly similar to the sticky chips from the bags: dry, hard, and powdery. Let's just say there are several things that need to be addressed.

The food is average; honestly, the vegetarian pasta isn't worth a single euro more than the regular one. The ingredients used are okay, good overall, and the selection is wide and reasonably priced. The squacquerone cheese is an exception; it's not very good (or rather, good, but not as firm as it should be). The service is poor. There's no table service, you pay before eating, Satispay isn't accepted, and the bathroom is far away.
