Excellent piadinas, wonderful staff!

What can I say, always top notch, the piadineria is my point of reference when I want to eat something healthy and genuine without forgetting the kindness of the girls, I often order and eat there in Tuscolana, I put SUBAUGUSTA and the girls are top, top, the piadinas, a unique goodness with excellent ingredients without forgetting that lemon-flavored extra virgin olive oil... don't change anything. ❤️

The atmosphere is always clean and tidy. Excellent service, even when staff are limited. The cashiers sometimes also cook, but they always wash their hands (and given the previous places I've visited, that's not always a given). The food is always expertly prepared. Well done.

5 PM, shop on Via Tuscolana, paid €17 for two empty piadinas, so just bread with no toppings. It's the first time I've ever had it here, maybe the foreign girl who works there has some kind of problem!

Two pieces of salmon... €16. But why so little? My rolled piadina looked like a pencil. Anyway, the guy at the counter was quick. I barely had to wait.

The pudding was delicious. Excellent quality ingredients. Very fast service. It arrived in 5 minutes. The price was right. Congratulations!
