La Piadineria In Ferrara

Il Castello shopping center, quick but delicious lunch. I tried La Dorata with caramelized onions and excellent bacon.

I'm a fan of La Piadineria, so my review is based on my usual standards: the 14-minute wait to take the order and 9 minutes to get the piadinas is a bit too long. The cashier can't even handle food, let alone money and receipts. We wanted to try the golden piadina, but the frittata was missing. The dough was good as always, perhaps a little raw inside. The beers were too warm. The fries were very good, but too crumbled.
