I'm a fan of La Piadineria, so my review is based on my usual standards: the 14-minute wait to take the order and 9 minutes to get the piadinas is a bit too long. The cashier can't even handle food, let alone money and receipts. We wanted to try the golden piadina, but the frittata was missing. The dough was good as always, perhaps a little raw inside. The beers were too warm. The fries were very good, but too crumbled.

06/01/2026: A restaurant in the center of Ferrara with convenient nearby parking on blue lines. You enter through a cloister next to the bust of Torquato Tasso. The atmosphere is charming, and the restaurant is informal and simple. It has a good selection of wines and off-menu items. The à la carte menu features many classics and traditional Ferrarese cuisine with authentic flavors. We'll definitely be returning to try other gourmet dishes.
