The piadinas are excellent, from the dough to the toppings, and the filling is well-balanced. An honorable mention goes to the roll, which is for those with a sweet tooth and a hungrier crowd; €1.50 more is fair enough. Unfortunately, sometimes it's overcooked and becomes crunchy, which might still be fine for a classic piadina, but if you've bought a roll, it completely ruins it. Another negative is that some of the available flavors are missing an ingredient compared to those on the piadina shop's website, such as a sauce that must be requested for a corresponding surcharge (small and clearly stated on the menu). Drinks are decidedly expensive. The service is adequate, the staff is friendly, and the piadinas arrive in about two minutes when there are few people, but when it's busier, the delivery time can be a bit longer. Lastly, the place is okay: a little bland, and the very high ceiling makes everything echo.
