La Piadineria In Uboldo

La Piadineria is a franchise; what makes the difference is the location and local management. So the place has the usual decor, the space is large, and the kitchen staff is the real difference. The piadinas are excellent and very well-filled. The kitchen produces piadinas you have to bite into and enjoy—not the faxable kind, so to speak.

Five stars because the piadinas are excellent, the girl at the cash register is very kind, and the atmosphere is very refined compared to other piadina shops. It's true that the people who run the place do a lot of work. It's a shame because the girl behind the cash register probably also has to cook, and despite that, she was very fast. However, I must say it wasn't very crowded.

My son and I always go to Uboldo. The girls are courteous and friendly, and they're very customer-focused. We always come back.
