La Piadineria In Viterbo

Wide variety of choices, friendly staff, excellent food

Not an entirely positive experience, I ordered a piadina with chickpea cream and "vegetable strips" convinced they were strips of vegetables cooked in a pan but instead they were a soy-based vegan food. The menu didn't specify what they were, not having liked them I left the piadina. For vegans it is certainly an excellent alternative!

Era ora di pranzo, avevo fame e ho passato tutta la giornata sull' aereo, ero stanco e volevo solo una piadina: la mia preferita, con insalata prosciutto e pomodorini. Vado a dettare gli ingredienti e il commesso mi dice che i pomodorini erano finiti.
