12/10/2025: We had lunch today with my family at this very rustic but beautiful restaurant. The first and second courses were both meat-based, each better than the last. It's a shame about the homemade desserts; among the options, only the panna cotta was homemade. The organization and service could use some attention... If you want to eat at this restaurant, be patient; the wait times are very long... Genuine

06/10/2025: The place definitely needs renovation, but the setting is beautiful. There's a lovely fireplace lit even in autumn and a beautiful chestnut grove to work off a good meal. The food is simple and good. Not a lot of choices, but that's fine by me. The porcini mushroom and wild boar ragù are a highlight, an excellent first course. Then there's the grilled meat and side dishes. Plenty of parking inside, so reservations are recommended.
