22/08/2025: Having cycled from Auditore and arrived in the village of Bertinoro in the late afternoon, I decided to go out that evening to make up for my calorie deficit and happened upon Piadinamica. Instinct told me to stop... and it was right! The restaurant, located along the road, was already crowded, but with a bit of luck I found a seat. I first ordered a crescione with tomato, mozzarella, and ham; since I was still hungry, I ordered a second one with herbs and smoked pancetta. It was all washed down with a half liter of white wine, which helps you sleep at night and keeps mosquitoes away. To finish, a coffee and four slices of apple pie. Total: €20. The crescioni were truly delicious, the service was attentive, and the ladies preparing the food were incredibly kind.
