What can I say to dear Nino?...a lovely trattoria in the heart of the Nebrodi mountains. Everything you eat is natural, made entirely by him: pancetta, cheeses, capicollo, speck, pickled vegetables, and wild chicory with broccoli; for starters, spaghetti with Nebrodi pork sauce and a drizzle of salted ricotta, or tagliatelle with mushrooms; and to finish, a fine Nerello Mascalese wine, all sourced from a reputable local Nebrodi winery.

The owner is a truly kind and friendly person. He offers generous appetizers with the freshest cured meats and a variety of vegetables. The pasta with black pig sauce was truly fantastic, and the mixed grill was excellent.

A true, traditional local trattoria. The appetizer was excellent, with cured meats and cheeses. The provolone was very tasty, and the cured meats were delicious! Excellent service, with friendly and helpful waiters. A very nice, typical local atmosphere.
