The best campsite we have ever had! perfect for a holiday with children. The pools are heated, which makes swimming fun even in autumn!

This year we were at the marina for the third time in the off-season. We had wisely made a reservation this time and, like some other guests, we cannot understand that you can only move into the reserved space (20.00 euros reservation fee) from 3 p.m. in the afternoon. This unnecessary and incomprehensible regulation Management should reconsider. As in previous years, the CP showed its good side. The clean sanitary facilities, which were always kept in good condition by the cleaning staff, should be highlighted. The beach cannot be beaten and the surrounding area with the landscape conservation area can also be easily explored by bike on the cycle paths. There is a lot on offer for young and old on the spacious square. We will be back (with reservation). Maybe the “3 p.m. rule” will be applied next time?

The campsite is huge. Very nice water park. Very well kept bathrooms. The pitch area reserved for those with dogs is beautiful (apparently there is also a vet inside) but it is confined to the edge of the campsite (unfortunately you are set aside) so it becomes very long to move around even with children because the center of the village, the swimming pools and even bathrooms are far away.

Ok in the early and late season. It's definitely hell in the high season. Just too big. Sometimes very long distances to the sanitary facilities.

Spent family vacation with 3 small children at the end of September/beginning of October. Weather permitting: heated pool, sea, sandy beach. Simply wonderful. In rainy weather: Since it was low season, all child-friendly excursion destinations were closed during the week, so we had to go to shopping centers three days in a row to escape the constant rain. When it rains, the only option on the campsite is to paint porcelain. Everything else is outside. The mobile home, booked through Luxcamp, was fine. Positive: dishwasher and large seating area. Negative: only superficially clean, snails and cobwebs in the bungalow. There were hundreds of mosquitoes/midges on the terrace, so you could hardly stay outside on the terrace or were attacked by the beasts when loading and unloading the car. We would come back, but then at the beginning of September at the latest.

This is the best campsite in the world, it has everything you could possibly want, a huge pool, a private part of the sea Very cool attractions for children and adults. I have been going to Marina di Venezia since I was 1 year old, so for 12 years and there is always something new and more things to do Tip: It's best to shop in the supermarket in front of the entrance as it's cheaper

We took a look at the famous place in the off-season. We don't want to be here in high season. BUT, it's a dream for families with children. The huge beach, it won't be crowded in the summer, the great water park. Mini golf, never seen before, strong. Otherwise restaurants, market, shops... everything is there. Trip to Venice, half an hour on foot and €15 return by boat. Have fun

I've already rated it once. This campsite is very suitable for children the access to the fair is only a few meters the people are very fine.
