A real surprise. I had never been to Persiana and I was convinced by the reviews. Expectations were met. The attention to detail and courtesy already make you understand what they are made of. And in fact they served us a superlative fish fry, both in quality and quantity. We will return to try the other dishes on the menu and for the truly suggestive location for those who, like us, also wanted to enjoy a Livorno sunset.

We came to this restaurant by chance and what luck! We couldn't have chosen better.
We ate on the terrace overlooking the port, a very pleasant space.
The best was the food, a plate of delicious seafood crudités and an extraordinary Cacciucco soup.
They have only had the typical failure of many restaurants and which we find especially annoying. And we ordered a good Gewurztraminer white wine and it was hot, and although they brought it with an ice bucket, when it cooled down we were almost to the desserts.

We spent a very nice evening at La Persiana. The quality of the fish and vegetables are very good. The sea bream was grilled to perfection and the primo and antipasto were perfect and the ingredients were very harmonious and balanced (why good restaurants don't serve lemon with fish doesn't seem to be clear to one commenter here).
The Tagliolino nero were a flavor explosion paired with the red shrimp and straciatella.
Rounded off with a very nice view (directly of the water) and a relaxed atmosphere.

The dishes are very refined and the service very professional, unfortunately as in all places of this kind you eat little, because the portions are minimal and you often find very little fish even if in any case the chef's imagination gives life to dishes with difficult dishes to be found elsewhere. The place is very characteristic, directly on the marina and with lights that create a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for important events, the wine selection is excellent
