It doesn't have many tables, I always recommend booking, in good weather it also has a fresh Pergoletta (hence the name). Bread and pasta are homemade, choice of excellent dishes every day there are off-menu dishes (always ask you will have excellent surprises). Excellent service, smiling and helpful staff. The starters were very good (I would like to point out the cheek and chestnut crostini), the first courses were excellent, especially the lombrichelli with various sauces. The porcini mushroom, honey and potato soup is excellent. Among the second courses I tried the stewed beef cheek with delicious roast potatoes, it melted in your mouth, and my son the truly excellent picanha, very tender and tasty.
