We went for lunch.
There were 5 of us.
A very characteristic and traditional place.
Excellent food although a little too greasy.
Only one dish I didn't like was the porcini soup.
The fettuccine with cod and the goose egg with black truffle were good.
Their fusilloni with ragù were excellent.
For the rest, excellent and plentiful dishes.
Honest prices.

Excellent meat proposal.
We took the tagliatelle with sweet and sour onions and the beef cheek stewed in Barolo. Both exceptional.
The dessert also deserves an honorable mention, eggnog with biscuit, a pleasure.
Highly recommended.
Just a note, the interior space is quite narrow between the tables.

The place was recommended to us, luckily we found a place, the place is not very big. Food with quality raw materials such as truly tasty pappardelle with woodcock ragù, meat roasted to perfection by quick hands and an attentive gaze on a spectacular grill from Sandro, the attentive, kind and professional staff, a decent choice of wines. Costs in line with the quality of the products. Absolutely worth trying.

When I find a very good place I'm almost jealous of reviewing it because I'm always afraid that too many people will arrive and I won't be able to eat there anymore 😂
But they deserve to be reviewed.
You can eat really well here. Rustic but refined cuisine, there isn't a dish that isn't good. I come to eat here regularly with anyone who wants to eat out nearby (I live in Caprarola), so I've tried pretty much every dish. I repeat: there isn't a dish that isn't good. Tastes are subjective, this is very true, but with their quality, even tasting dishes that aren't to my taste, I can recognize that everything is really made with love and knowledge.
Well done, well done everyone.

We returned after a couple of years and it is always a guarantee. Everything was delicious and the managers were always very kind.
Delicious lunch at La Pergoletta! Wide variety on the menu, we had the Duck and Cod Primi Piatti. Both were very good, orange garnish on the duck was brilliant; however, there were a few bones left in the meal.
Ambiance was a garden patio which we liked, but we were arbitrarily asked to move after finding a table in a quiet corner. Overall, this was a good experience, at a moderate price for lunch in an excellent location with an interesting menu.
On another note, there is a resident Somalier, and while we do not drink alcohol, this seems like the place to go for a well paired meal.
Free wifi was also a major plus, as we are hiking the Via Francigena without cell service. We were able to enjoy our meal, enjoy the company, get some work done, and enjoy the rest of the day with moderately full bellies. Thank you for your business, La Pergoletta! 😋

On Sunday at lunch I had the opportunity to get to know and then taste the excellent cuisine of the trattoria "la Pergoletta" in San Martino al Cimino. Essential cuisine with excellent raw materials, a place with a "rustic dress" with very attentive and highly professional staff, an impeccable kitchen brigade that knows how to transform, masterfully, exceptional raw materials into truly delicious delicacies. Furthermore, you can find a vast assortment of excellent wines to pair with every type of food. This is why the five stars were given by a Google local guide that is certainly not "wide-eyed".

Capitati per caso in una "invernale" e ventosa giornata di primavera. È stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Non avevamo prenotato (sabato a pranzo) e siamo stati fortunati a trovare l'ultimo 'buchino' per due
Come da titolo della recensione, siamo andati per mangiare principalmente funghi e con i funghi siamo partiti dai crudi con limone, pappardelle e chi zuppe ma anche carne e funghi fritti,ottima esperienza . Consigliato
