The food was well-priced and delicious. We had carbonara and mezze maniche pecora pazza, the best pasta dishes in Rome.

An Outstanding Italian Experience ✨ Absolutely blown away by this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was truly top-notch—attentive without being overbearing, and every staff member made us feel genuinely cared for. The food? Incredible. I feel like we tried like 80% of the menu, because we ended up going like 5 times in the span of a week. My personal favorite was the cacio e pepe as well as the appetizer plate. The house wine deserves a special mention—smooth, balanced, and paired perfectly with the meal. Often house wines can be hit or miss, but this one was definitely a hit. Highly recommend this gem! Can’t wait to go back:))

Appearances can be deceiving... From the outside, it's a place with two tables... but as soon as you enter, you hear a buzz of voices that piques your curiosity... and eventually you discover that the place is actually in the basement... beautiful... The food is finally excellent Italian food (forget about downtown) and the owners are incredibly friendly... 5 stars overall 😄😄

Incredible place. We went on a Sunday night. It was a very quiet place, with a family atmosphere, and a 10/10 price-performance ratio. We ordered two pasta dishes, which were delicious. 100% recommended.

One of the best restaurants I've been to in Rome. - Carbonara - Tartufo Pizza These are my top recommendations if you're coming to this place. Don't be fooled by the facade; the dining room on the ground floor is very nice.

Fuimos aquí dos veces durante una reciente visita a Roma. Ambas noches fueron buenas pero la segunda fue excepcional. La amatriciana fue un punto alto. También saludar a nuestro camarero super amable que llamó a un taxi para nosotros cuando perdimos nuestro tren al aeropuerto. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Roma!

Locale con pochi tavoli in un ambiente familiare. Menù con piatti della cucina romana e con qualche variante di cucina calabrese. Buona la qualità e la quantità. Unico neo la lentezza del servizio che viene giustificata dallo chef con il fatto di preparare tutto al momento della comanda. È vero che a tavola non si invecchia ma forse se si trovasse una giusta via di mezzo......!!!!.

17/07/2025: Great little place only a couple blocks from Trevi but without the crowds. Patio was shaded from the hot afternoon sun and actually had a pleasant little breeze. Service was quick and friendly. Menu had a nice selection…make sure your English version isn’t missing a page or two (mine did but thankfully I looked at my partners menu). Several local pastas available as well as salads, Roman pizza and much more. Nice local wine and beer selection as well. Prices were quite reasonable for that neighborhood. Inside is air conditioned and bathrooms clean! Tip: the sinks are pedal operated😉. Most non-Europeans might not notice and think sinks are broken. I didn’t take any photos while we had lunch but I walked back there the next morning to make sure I didn’t forget the name of the place. During the day, there are tables outside with large awnings for shade. We spent about 20 euro per person including wine or beer.
13/07/2025: Located near the Trevi Fountain. Truly delicious dishes. Excellent product quality. More than generous portions. The staff is REALLY top-notch, with above-average politeness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

25/06/2025: In winter, nice live music with always excellent musical groups, well attended and with a cuisine between the pub, the pizzeria and the restaurant (Calabrian) that is not bad at all. A real gem.
