I've been coming to them for 20 years, and in all these years, the quality of their dishes has never diminished, despite their customer base having increased tenfold. This is a testament to their great honesty and professionalism. The entire family collaborates and contributes to the "cause," upholding the high values ​​that have always distinguished Roberto's work. All the meat is purchased from local suppliers, with the relevant labels displayed in the butcher shop. They never try the "wow" factor with their dishes (which are always the same) because they only do what guarantees the customer the best experience and quality. You should try everything they offer, especially the bombette, the sausage, and the artisanal capocollo (for my tastes)... A must-try if you come to the Itria Valley, but you must book if you decide to eat in (the self-service is very well organized)!
