Excellent traditional cuisine revisited with creativity and passion, excellent local products, spacious and welcoming room, good value for money: it is worth traveling a few kilometers by car to reach this restaurant-pizzeria.
My advice is: book in advance.
And if the weather is good, I recommend that you reserve a table under the large pergola and on the terrace, a truly bucolic experience!

Qualche giorno di vacanza a Cantalice e tappa fissa, a cena, alla pannocchia. Oltre alla gentilezza di Evasio e Laura, così come del personale che si alterna, c'è la qualità dei cibi. Trippa, coratella, stinco, carne, affettati, dolci, tutto molto buono. Prezzi economici. Si trascorre una piacevole serata. Se il tempo lo permette c'è anche spazio all'aperto.

Siamo tornati dopo 6 anni e, ricordando una lontana serata estiva stupenda con amici e cibo buono, ho voluto tornare per il mio compleanno. Confermato tutto: accoglienza garbata, atmosfera familiare e cucina ottima. Ogni piatto è semplice ma delizioso e originale. Ci siamo tornati più volte

Welcome by Mr. Evasio and Mrs. Laura's cuisine are commendable. From the appetizer to the homemade desserts, everything was delicious; the homemade "strengozze" are excellent! All accompanied by an excellent Sangiovese.

I am a pilgrim.
By pure chance I found myself having lunch with my girlfriend at Evasio e Laura. He is a good man who made us feel at home as soon as we entered and she is an excellent cook. We wanted to taste a typical dish, without weighing ourselves down, and continue walking but... We remained at the table for more than two hours enchanted by the goodness of the dishes which unfortunately I didn't think to photograph along the way... I think if you want to taste traditional recipes cooked with love you have to switch to Pannocchia!
I'll post the only photograph I took, some handmade biscuits to accompany with a good glass of red.

If we had been their guests at home they wouldn't have treated us better!
Very welcoming and friendly family management, with dishes prepared especially for us with fresh ingredients selected from the local DOPs.
Gnocchi and fettuccine sang on the plate, the artichokes were very fresh and cooked to perfection, the house wine was genuine and I even ate a trifle better than grandma's!
