Personally, I didn't like the pizza at all. There are many doughs available, but I chose the Senatore Cappelli one. The quality of the ingredients was poor (the prosciutto was terrible), and my stomach bloated afterward.

We chose this place because it offers numerous gluten-free dishes and many specialty flours.
The overall rating is good, but unfortunately we really suffered from the heat inside the restaurant because, despite the air conditioning, which probably wasn't enough, the open door didn't help to keep the air fresh.
Overall, the evening wasn't pleasant at all, and we couldn't wait to go outside and leave.
The pizza is very thin, the dough is good if you like it that way. It's a shame about the tomato sauce, which seemed undercooked and a bit sour.
Problem with the bill: they don't give separate bills. I wonder why in the rest of the world it works that way, but not here. What a disservice.

I highly recommend the pizza and appetizers! The pizza dough is available in different toppings... it's very light and thin... and has a very delicate flavor!

I ate very well. I'm celiac and I absolutely recommend the bread, it was delicious.
I also had the seafood pasta, which was delicious and plentiful.

We tried the fried foods, and they were good. What I didn't like was finding meatballs with the fried foods, which even I, a vegetarian, could have tried, if they hadn't come in contact with the meat. The wait for the pizza was incredibly long; it was good...but not very filling. We chose to dine inside given the high temperatures, but despite the air conditioning, it was literally freezing! Only one beer was available on the menu. The staff was very kind and willing to make changes.
