There were nine of us, and we were only at the restaurant on a Saturday night. The service was excellent; we were able to order almost immediately. Almost all of us ordered starters and main courses (only one pizza).
We all ate together because all the courses arrived at the same time. Everything was delicious. The decor is 1980s/1990s, but everything was super clean.
The girls were all kind, attentive, and even friendly.
I'd just like to offer one piece of advice: turn down the volume at the piano bar. The performer is very talented, but it's not pleasant to have to shout to be heard by the other diners. Luckily, he took several breaks.
In short, I recommend the restaurant for an evening with friends.

Calling it New Oak still seems inappropriate, I think. It feels like a step back in time to the '90s.
Although the waiters did their best to provide excellent table service, unfortunately, I think they were understaffed that day, and we had to wait a long time to order.
We ordered pizza, which was decent, I'd say. Perhaps because of the rush to serve everyone, it was a little undercooked. Personally, I don't think I'd want to return to this place. I've traveled miles, but all things considered, it wasn't worth it.

Experience with the National Motorcycle Rally: perhaps so many people at once were beyond their capabilities, and some tables were missing, having been set up upon arrival. I politely requested that some groups, who had boats hundreds of kilometers away to catch, be served first, but unfortunately for us, after the first course, we had to abandon our lunch, which had been paid for in full in advance. The staff found themselves in a bind, rushing non-stop to try and do their best, but despite their efforts, other tables were served before those who had priority. This forced us to abandon the restaurant and rush to reach our port destinations.

Oggi 18 maggio 2025 ,insieme ai miei amici abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare presso la Nuova Quercia dì Nicolosi. Abbiamo trovato una location accogliente e famigliare, cibo eccellente cucinato al momento,⁷ personale molto professionale il servizio è stato curato nei particolari. È un dovere consigliarlo per gustare un menù di tutto rispetto. Certamente ci ritorneremo

Very nice place on the slopes of Etna. Rooms not brand new but very clean. Beautiful landscape. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and especially the availability of Mrs. Giusy (affectionate and thoughtful) who runs the facility with her husband. Excellent restaurant and especially delicious pizzas! We will definitely be back!
