Very nice place on the slopes of Etna. Rooms not brand new but very clean. Beautiful landscape. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and especially the availability of Mrs. Giusy (affectionate and thoughtful) who runs the facility with her husband. Excellent restaurant and especially delicious pizzas! We will definitely be back!

Breathtaking landscape, enchanting place

I didn't stay overnight but I took advantage of the catering. Definitely favorable value for money, quality of food, local, high and successful typical cuisine. The service, however, leaves much to be desired, but not for the waiters, who are evidently understaffed and do what they can, but for the organization. In this regard: a few Sundays ago I booked to have lunch at 1.30pm and they seated my table at 2.45pm because anyone who had arrived before us was made to sit at the reserved tables (many other customers who booked had the same problem as us)..........

One Saturday at the end of December I went to lunch with friends, after spending the morning in the mountains in the snow. We ordered the fixed menu of the day, with the hope of making the kitchen work easier and the times shorter. But, nothing to be done: very long waiting times before ordering (others arrived later and were served earlier), long times between one course and another, and when we tried to ask for a reminder, when some waiter appeared, we were responded rudely (the group at the next table was treated even worse, to the point that I saw a customer remain speechless after a reprimand from the waiter). Seated at 1.15pm we finished at 4.30pm. Ultimately, the lunch was excellent and plentiful, and the price was adequate, but I believe that the staff must improve the way they treat customers, because sitting at the table is a moment of well-being and relaxation and cannot become an opportunity for emotional stress. From a restaurant you expect courtesy and kindness, always. Abroad, such direct and abrupt ways with customers are inconceivable.

More and more decaying, very dirty bathroom, wires hanging down for sure and zero, doors that don't close properly. I didn't go to the restaurant but to the bar.

Excellent food, service and price
