La Nuova Quercia In Belpasso

One Saturday at the end of December I went to lunch with friends, after spending the morning in the mountains in the snow. We ordered the fixed menu of the day, with the hope of making the kitchen work easier and the times shorter. But, nothing to be done: very long waiting times before ordering (others arrived later and were served earlier), long times between one course and another, and when we tried to ask for a reminder, when some waiter appeared, we were responded rudely (the group at the next table was treated even worse, to the point that I saw a customer remain speechless after a reprimand from the waiter). Seated at 1.15pm we finished at 4.30pm. Ultimately, the lunch was excellent and plentiful, and the price was adequate, but I believe that the staff must improve the way they treat customers, because sitting at the table is a moment of well-being and relaxation and cannot become an opportunity for emotional stress. From a restaurant you expect courtesy and kindness, always. Abroad, such direct and abrupt ways with customers are inconceivable.

More and more decaying, very dirty bathroom, wires hanging down for sure and zero, doors that don't close properly. I didn't go to the restaurant but to the bar.

Excellent food, service and price

Hi guys, I give you a nice 5 stars, even though today was a packed day you managed to give your best. We ate well, we chose à la carte. I just wanted to thank you and encourage you to do more, the place is beautiful, the fireplace, the smell of wood. Until next time

Large place with 2 working fireplaces, polite and helpful staff, we were served by the waiter Massimo, a person worthy of the role and very attentive to customers, although there were few waiters the service did not fail thanks to him!

Spectacular dinner with eruption in sight.

On a scorching hot evening this is certainly the ideal place for the fresh air and the view, classic pizza my 4 seasons with peas like in the past, good dough and excellent ingredients, the piano bar enlivens the evening with live music

I recommend it, excellent cuisine and trained and courteous staff.
