La Nuova Fiorentina In Roma

12/06/2025: About two weeks ago, I visited this restaurant late at night, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was excellent, and the wine — recommended by someone I believe was the manager — perfectly complemented the meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. A young waiter, Mazzi (if I remember the name correctly), who is also a university student, helped me choose a fantastic dish. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. We ended up having a deep and engaging conversation about a wide range of topics — from AI and geopolitics to Italian and Iranian food culture. It was a rare and enriching interaction that made the night special. He even recommended a movie, My Favorited Cake, which I just watched and truly enjoyed. I'm writing this review now because his recommendation reminded me of that wonderful evening. Thank you to the whole team for the great service, food, wine, and above all, for creating such a warm and memorable experience.

07/06/2025: The food is good, the service is fast but even if it is in the center of Rome the prices are expensive. In coffee 2€, a basket of bread 3€ without counting the 10% service charge
