Prefermento is the place where you don't just go to eat, but also to have a culinary experience. The pizzas are characterized by a super light dough, with excellent quality ingredients. The gem is that even those who are lactose intolerant like me can enjoy the pizzas, especially because they recently added lactose-free burrata, which for us intolerants is a luxury! Locale piccolo e accogliente, personale estremamente gentile. Parlando del cosa più importante: UNA SIGNORA PIZZA! Ottimi prodotti, impasto leggerissimo, morbido e croccante allo stesso tempo , insomma da provare e riprovare mille volte!

Really very welcoming place, on the same level as the staff in the pizzeria and kitchen who really invite you to live a great experience since you find them visible at the entrance. The dining room staff accompanies you to the table and always makes you feel pampered throughout the dinner. The food is top notch and the attention to detail is appalling. Everything was really excellent, even the bill!

Dinner with friends and a top experience, the owners clearly have really high quality standards, you can see it from the attention to the customer, to the details in the restaurant and to the quality of the products. Top pizza and the cheesecake. I won't comment on it, if you want to find out you absolutely have to taste it.

Iniziamo dal servizio, già al momento di prenotare c’è molta disponibilità e gentilezza, accoglienti da quando si giunge nel locale fino a quando esci, al tavolo molto professionali puntuali e preparati, per la domanda basta pigiare su un dispositivo e dopo pochi secondi sono già sul posto a prendere l’ordine. Passiamo alla qualità dei prodotti, ottimi i fritti, pizza contemporanea davvero eccezionale con materie prime di qualità, impasto leggero, si può mangiare anche in tarda serata senza problemi di digeribilità grazie alla lunga lievitazione. Non è scontato trovare tutto questo, conosco quasi tutti i posti della zona e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero altissimo. Se proprio devo fare un appunto che può servire per migliorare la proposta consiglio di di inserire la birra weisse essendo un estimatore, ma come me anche altri clienti credo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
