Delicious pizza and amazing ingredients! We went for dinner on a Saturday night without a reservation: the staff were incredibly kind and seated us as soon as possible, even remaking the pizzas that were supposed to be takeout!

The food is excellent, with spectacular dough and a crispy, thin, and delicious pizza. Not to mention the excellent, tasty beers. A really cute place, try it, you won't regret it.

I booked this place and, what can I say, it's very welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff. The place is very characteristic, both inside and out. It's the best pizza here in Salento, in my opinion. It's made with a very careful dough, with excellent toppings, and overall, one of the best pizzerias I've ever eaten. The appetizer with mixed fried fish was also very good. I really want to compliment it. When I come to Salento, I know exactly where to go for a good pizza. 😁

Buona la scelta delle birre , notevole il servizio con i ragazzi sempre presenti ed il prezzo ... che dire ... ottimo!

Spero di non svelare un segreto... ma l'assaggio mi ha così entusiasmato che non ho potuto fare a meno di "baciare" il maestro Riccardo. Ne avevo assaggiato una prima versione (assolutamente buona) e, dopo evidenti migliorie, una versione definitiva ...da sballo..... A breve sui tavoli di Prefermento il CONO-PIZZA.... i gusti non ve li svelo... aspettiamo di vederli indicati nel menù. Grande Riccardo! Un "GRAZIE" a tutta la squadra per la squisita cordialità!
