We'd heard good things about this pizzeria, so last night we booked with friends to try it. The pizzeria has a rustic, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The pizza is really good—in fact, delicious. The service is impeccable, even fast. The staff is polite and friendly. The drive from Latiano to San Pancrazio is absolutely worth it. We'll be back soon.

Wow! A recommendation from friends has led to a great culinary experience! A welcoming place with a great personality, offering a variety of fried foods and pizzas prepared to the point of enjoying the many pairings offered on the menu. Absolutely worth a try! I would only add a few more unique beers to enhance the vast selection on the menu.

This is my second visit to this pizzeria in a year, and compared to my first experience, I was a bit disappointed. Even though I had booked more than a month in advance, that evening, when I asked to return the Margherita with mozzarella balls, I was told they were unavailable, so I opted for the bufalina instead. This year's Margherita, however, wasn't particularly impressive. The pizza dough, however, is always excellent.

The beer list is a real highlight: in addition to the classic draft beers, there's a wide selection of bottled beers, including local labels, such as craft beers, and specialty beers distributed by Mebimport, demonstrating the restaurant's commitment to the local area and its diverse offerings. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing prompt and organized service. The interior, while not particularly spacious, is well-conditioned and suitable even on the hottest days; during the warmer months, the outdoor garden is a pleasant option, offering a more relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Delicious pizza and amazing ingredients! We went for dinner on a Saturday night without a reservation: the staff were incredibly kind and seated us as soon as possible, even remaking the pizzas that were supposed to be takeout!
