What can I say, the pizza dough is superb, it has always been so. If you want to eat a super pizza, book and eat, you will see that you will be more than satisfied.

Excellent food, I think a pizza like this can only be found here, like the light and balanced, spectacular tiramisu. The overwhelming and pleasant kindness in making me feel welcomed and at home. It's one of those places you can't wait to go back. Well done, thank you for a lovely evening. See you soon

Authentic pizzeria. Super friendly staff. Founded in 1992 with a wood oven. Great pizza, incredible tiramisu. Everything fantastic!! Highly recommended place in this area with very good prices

Sabato a cena con pizza buona, nota dolente siamo entrati alle 20.00 e dopo aver aspettato per più di 1 ora, visto che la precedenza erano le pizze da asporto, capisco che nel commercio non si bitta niente ma datevi una regolata le pizze da asporto si prenotano fino alle ore 20.00.Ma non voglio essere cattivo e non voglio parlare di come si presenta il conto........

04/01/2025: Overlooking the abbey is this pizzeria by the slice which also makes round pizzas to take away. Supplì among the best (if not the best) ever eaten. Wide choice of pizza slices, with the possibility of filling them with excellent cooked dishes (friarielli, broccoli, aubergines, potatoes,...). Very kind and above all very smiling staff! Prices more than fair. Highly recommended
23/11/2024: Pizza and toppings really excellent, there are slices to fill and compose with toppings always inviting and very tasty, even the homemade supplì really very good!

Cristallo di Neve

01/04/2025: Ci siamo recati al nuovo ristorante il cristallo dei Borgia situato in Subiaco gestito da Maurizio ed Irene i stessi titolari del notissimo cristallo di neve a monte Livata, per precisare il migliore. Materia prima da urlo, primi piatti eseguito alla perfezione , cantina dei vini , in grotta ,. Mai visti prima da nessuna parte Maurizio il padrone di casa ti mette a disposizione i migliori rum su tutti i tavoli siete troppo gentili e bravi. A presto .
25/01/2025: Cibo buonissimo e proprietari sublimi. Scelta di vini e amari vasta ed eccellente. Ci tornerò per la qualità e soprattutto la simpatia dei proprietari.
