Super positive experience, top-notch rooms! The bar that serves the included breakfasts is fantastic, well-stocked, and of exceptional quality.

The room was a bit small for the price, and the bathroom was very well-maintained, but with some flaws. One negative aspect of the service was that they said they'd fix the internet, but it didn't work for our three-day stay. We were disappointed to see a curtain rod dismantled and thrown on the wall at the head of the bed. The bathroom was well-designed but lacked maintenance. The showerhead leaked water, not to mention the faucets that splashed water everywhere. Furthermore, there was no towel hook, and toilet paper had to be placed on the furniture due to a lack of support. The bedside table sockets lacked an additional phone charging port. The coded doors were a great solution, but they often didn't work; we had to open and close them several times to get them to work. These observations are purely constructive criticism to improve the quality of the service.
