Ci siamo fermati per una piadina e abbiamo incontrato un posto eccellente. Tre giovani ragazze indaffarate a preparare piadine e crescioni con cura ed esperienza. La qualità è ottima, piadine ben farcite e servite con tanta cura e gentilezza. Complimenti Ci torniamo ancora

Chi l'ha detto che solo le donne di una certa età sono capaci di cucinare le tradizionali piadine romagnole? Le tre ragazze della "Nicchia" portano avanti la tradizione nel migliore dei modi: piadine friabili farcite con i classici ingredienti romagnoli unitamente ad un servizio cordiale e gentile. Da provare assolutamente il crescione con il fricandò, ma non solo!
