A good pizzeria. Nothing more and nothing less. They let us sit on their veranda, which I must say was very very pretty. Quite expensive, 4 croquettes for 8.50 euros seems exaggerated to me, but it doesn't matter.
The pizzas were good and our stay at the Napoletana was more than good.
Clearly there are better pizzerias in Taormina, but this one doesn't have much to envy. The only problem is punctuality.
If I book for 10pm. I have to have the table ready at 10pm, not that I have to sit at 10pm...
Small imperfection to fill.
However, we had a lovely evening, in good company and with good food. Must try.

Never eaten such good pizza! Together with some friends, we went to this place, very nice and clean. The owner was very kind and helpful, as were all the staff.
The pizzas were delicious: excellent dough with quality ingredients... congratulations also to the pizza chef.

Very good Neapolitan pizzeria. The pizzas are delicious and the right size. The dough has flavor and is very digestible. The service is fast and friendly. I recommend the Marinara pizza, the best!

Hidden among the alleys of the historic center, La Napoletana is a true gem for those looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza in Taormina. We, three Neapolitans in abstinence from pizza, were pleasantly surprised!
The classic pizzas are impeccable, but the revisitations with original flavor combinations were a real delight. The staff is kind and attentive, they welcomed us warmly even without a reservation.
If you are in Taormina and want a proper pizza, La Napoletana is the right place! 😋🍕

A few minutes walk off the Main Street, but well worth the effort.
Fried tuma cheese was great value (8 pieces for €8), nice napolitana & varo pizzas, washed down with a nice house red (500ml for €7.5)
Litre of wine .. €12 !!
