Beautiful restaurant. We had a mixed appetizer and two first courses. All good, I confirm that the pasta was overcooked as I read in other reviews. The staff was very kind and the prices were fair! They also offered us liqueur and coffee, which were also good, and they also gave us a discount.
The only flaw was that the food was good but it was a bit heavy and difficult to finish.

I went there on purpose, on my way back from Rome, heading to Foggia, after seeing a video that praised its quality on tik tok. Well, what can I say... everything was fantastic! From the "waterfall" appetizer of ham, various selected cured meats, buffalo mozzarella and special cheeses, to the first "cacio e pepe" with pasta dipped in caciocavallo, to the buffalo pizza with meatballs.... and then the desserts. Everything was perfect, impeccable and incredibly tasty. Even if it's far from my house, I'll definitely go back.

Location carina ed adeguata al tema. Servizio gentile e attento in cui spicca la competenza del direttore di sala, Claudio e la sua passione anche per i vini e gli amari. Menù abbastanza corposo e variegato. Manca qualità in alcuni prodotti assaggiati, come le polpette ad esempio, ma la tappa resta consigliata per la particolarità dell'offerta dei piatti a base di mozzarella.

Siamo stati a cena in questo locale con amici…abbiamo ordinato le buonissime polpette a 4 gusti diversi, la mozzarella ripiena e la strepitosa genovese.
Per finire la famigerata mozzapizza veramente ottima.
Grappa speciale alla fine consigliata dal gestore di sala una bella sorpresa.
Unica pecca alla fine mancava una tagliatella ai funghi che avevano dimenticato di segnare ma per fortuna eravamo già pieni 😂
