La Montanara is a top restaurant, a fantastic place where everything takes the form of perfection and nothing is left to chance! The location is fabulous, the interior furnishings are beautiful in style and with attention to detail, while outside the restaurant you are immersed in nature! The food is delicious, excellent raw materials and perfect presentation of the dishes, the service is impeccable, the dining room staff is friendly and classy, ​​explains what is in the dish and recommends the correct wine for the order placed. Furthermore, the quality of the food reflects that of the beverage, the fridge is full of renowned and refined labels, with a wide choice of the right bottle, well presented visually in the fridge and orally by the waiter! Congratulations to the owners who have set up a top restaurant in every detail and to all the staff who work there and convey the passion for their work and the affection of the place!!

Very beautiful location, exceptional staff, they are all very polite, prepared, kind and helpful. The food is excellent and of very good quality. The desserts are very good and unique. We eat really well

A very pleasant discovery.... We stopped for a quick bite to eat and had a top culinary journey in less than an hour. Excellent food, impeccable and fast service, super environment. I highly recommend it and obviously we will return very soon

New management. Family-run place, furnished with skilful skill by the young architect/designer, owner of the place. Exotic and oriental contaminations in the modern artistic taste of the venue. Impeccable service, attentive with explanation and passionate story of the history of the dish served. Excellent raw materials with attention to fresh (fruit, vegetables, meat, fish) at 0 km. Everything I ate gave me great satisfaction to the point that I asked to meet the Chef. The pastry chef offers a dessert list of high quality and refined originality. The wine cellar is stocked and offers renowned labels, some of which are highly rated.

We went to this restaurant for the first time, it is under new management and we really appreciated it. We will definitely return and recommend it.

Today Easter 2024 we left Fasano BR not knowing how the day was going to evolve because for us coming to the "LA Montanara" restaurant, not knowing the place, was an unknown.........FABULOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO UP GUYS.... the location, everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the staff was very welcoming and professional, we would like to thank everyone, Daniele in particular...... WOULD LIKE TO RETURN

Fantastic experience. Raw mushroom with lemon, salt, oil, rocket and parmesan flakes. Mushroom tagliatelle and roasted mushroom...what about the panna cotta, a delight for the palate, I couldn't resist for the photo...

I went for lunch today with my children, the place is very welcoming and well-kept. As for the food, unfortunately we were not very happy with the pairings such as cod with white chocolate and black cherry which tasted terrible. The tagliatelle with mushrooms were good but the portion was very small like the other courses. For the rest, the waiters were very kind but I think the pairings of the food because traditional is much better.

Everything perfect, impeccable cuisine. I give a 5 to the courage to manage a place that ate a lot and well but without attention to detail. those who came later found a place with attention to luxury with a cost that was certainly fair in terms of what they invested. We returned because we remembered the old management of everything and more at a price to suit all budgets...but now it has an extraordinary environment and gourmet dishes. certainly not everyone will agree to the change. what can I say: excellent staff. Excellence would be to reduce the dishes by a few euros
