The best pizza we ate of the entire trip without a doubt!!!! We passed by with the car very hungry and we stopped by chance, we ordered pasta that was very delicious and the bomb pizza there is a success, a group of Italian guys also ordered several of the same ones after this pizza no one else has been so delicious 😍 the super nice service and the cook was a sweetheart asking how everything was and if we liked it, the fireplace and having the meat made in front of us we liked it a lot 😍😍😍

The food is excellent, generous portions and a rustic, Tuscomaremma and well-kept environment. The best of the cuisine of upper Lazio, with influences from the Tuscia Viterbese, the Tuscan Maremma and south-western Umbria. Absolutely worth coming. Even the bread (Tusco type) and the pasta are absolutely top quality. I recommend the full-bodied and sparkling house red wine at the same time, in a land notoriously where wine is the nectar of the gods (Etruscans...)... super!!!

Si tratta di una trattoria, immagino a conduzione famigliare, onesta ma senza pretese, adatta per un pranzo strategico lungo la via.
Antipasto: buoni gli affettati, buone le bruschettine, semplici ma buoni i formaggi giustamente serviti a temperatura ambiente.
Pappardelle con ragù di cinghiale: a me piace la pasta al dente, ma in questo caso la cottura avrebbe richiesto un paio di minuti ancora.
Vino frizzantino davvero niente di che, sarebbe il caso di cambiarlo con un'altra soluzione.
Servizio cortese e veloce.

It is a trattoria, I imagine family-run, honest but unpretentious, suitable for a strategic lunch along the way.
Starter: good cold cuts, good bruschetta, simple but good cheeses, rightly served at room temperature.
Pappardelle with wild boar ragù: I like pasta al dente, but in this case cooking would have required a couple more minutes.
Sparkling wine really nothing special, it would be appropriate to change it with another solution.
Courteous and fast service.
