I was here with my partner for lunch on Sunday. It was recommended to me and fortunately I followed the advice. We ate very well and drank exquisite wine like few others and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. We felt at home and will definitely return, first of all for the lamb with grilled lamb and then for the warmth of the environment!! (Thanks also for the gentian tasting!!!) Highly recommended

Family atmosphere, old-time restaurant. Romina always welcomes us with a smile and as if we were family every time. Top Ciociaria cuisine, quality meats, homemade desserts we would give an Oscar, generous portions. Average price 30 euros per person. Terrace with nice crisp air. I always come back and it never disappoints.

Cuisine from times gone by in the hills near Frosinone, excellent prices and plentiful dishes, courtesy and friendliness among the staff is not lacking! I recommend it if you want to eat well and genuine!

Typical place where you mainly eat Ciociaria food even if pizza reigns supreme. The pizza is not bad although perhaps too thin and crunchy for my tastes (it's not real Neapolitan pizza). I therefore recommend tasting the various house appetizers, the first and second courses which are very reminiscent of grandmother's cooking. The "Snails" are good!

Last night, by chance, we ate dinner at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. We called to book and when we arrived they had already prepared a bowl of water for our dog near our table. The terrace is very beautiful, eating while watching the sunset and Frosinone from above was pleasant. The menu is rich and it is really difficult to choose what to eat. We ordered the supplì (delicious) and Ascoli style olives. Tagliatelle with ragù, rabbit and green beans. Plus they bring a delicious focaccia. To conclude the truly divine tiramisu. The staff are attentive and always ask if everything is ok, plus the owner stopped by to say hello to all the tables which was a welcome gesture. If we pass through Frosinone again we will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

01/09/2024: Ottima la qualità della materia prima ….abbiamo preso antipasto misto e fettuccine Gino !!!! Porzioni abbondanti !!!! il personale tutti molto cordiali , locale carino , pulito con ampio parcheggio . Sicuramente ci torneremo
28/08/2024: Non facile trovare un locale carino e di sostanza, a Fiuggi. Abbiamo trovato quello che rispecchiava le nostre aspettative da Gino. Non proprio in centro, anzi, ma con un ampio parcheggio. Ottima la ricotta locale miele e noci, un primo "mbriaco" con guanciale nella media, dei buonissimi arrosticini con patate arrosto e scarola saltata. Il ragazzo ai tavoli ci ha consigliato un ottimo moscato di Terracina, mai assaggiato e veramente buono. Vino profumato e secco. Peccato la distanza, sarebbe un mio punto di riferimento. Prezzi d'altri tempi, super concorrenziali se rapportati a quelli di una grande città. Bravi

The menu is well structured and manages to satisfy even the most demanding palates, offering a variety of pizzas that pay homage to tradition with a touch of innovation. I had the pleasure of tasting a pizza with ham, burrata and confit cherry tomatoes: a unique tasting experience. The creamy burrata paired perfectly with the sweetness of the confit cherry tomatoes, while the ham added a savory note that rounded everything off excellently. The capricciosa ordered by my partner was an excellent interpretation of a classic, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The real star of Fermento in Sora, however, is the tongs: well hydrated, crunchy and highly digestible. The result of careful research and meticulous work is evident, making every bite a pleasure. A little advice to the owners: it would be nice to see a wider selection of drinks, in addition to the craft beers already present. Finally, praise for the hygiene of the place, which is impeccable and certainly one of the strong points of this pizzeria. In conclusion, Fermento in Sora is a place where design, taste and quality meet, offering a high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back!
