The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The staff (Lorenzo) was kind and courteous, always available to answer any of our questions. What we ordered was excellent and of excellent quality. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Osteria Dar Compare

18/02/2026: A group of five stopped for lunch while visiting Ariccia. I must say, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were greeted just like at a classic Roman osteria, with their warmth and helpfulness. The lunch was truly excellent, the portions generous, and the bill more than fair. I highly recommend a stop at "Dar Compare."
