La Marea Blu In Bacoli

The food is good, the fish is fresh, but the wait is long between dishes, and considering the location, it's way too expensive!

It's always a pleasure to find restaurants that satisfy you and please your palate and your wallet. I generally also enjoy discovering new places and I rarely return to the same place any time soon... but in the case of "Marea Blu" I made an exception. In the space of a couple of days I returned there with my family twice, and the first time was good and the second even better. Excellent value for money, excellent wine, very fresh food cooked to a high standard of taste, in short, everything was good from the appetizers to the final coffee. All I can say is "Bravò Bravò" thanks and see you next time.

There were two of us; we ordered two appetizers, a first course, and a second course with a side dish, wine, water, and bread. The bill came to €95. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and courteous, coming over several times to ask how the meal was going. The terrace is really pretty, very quiet and private. I would recommend it for a romantic day.

A restaurant with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake, a strong point. It's a shame it was raining so much that we had to sit inside in a nice, informal setting. The dishes were well-presented, good, but nothing exceptional. There was a misunderstanding with the waiter. We ordered two spaghetti dishes with asparagus and shrimp tartare from the menu, and they brought us spaghetti with zucchini and a raw shrimp. The kitchen excused itself by saying it wasn't asparagus season, so they substituted zucchini without letting us know. The dish was good, but I wanted something else; I certainly wouldn't have ordered it; I came for seafood. All in all, everything was good, not exceptional, but good. The service and cuisine were family-style. Based on the reviews I'd read, I expected more.

This is our first time at this restaurant. The food is excellent, the location is excellent, practically on the seafront. The service is slow and disorganized, but still recommended.

We booked after reading the various reviews, driven by a lively curiosity, and found confirmation in the countless positive comments. Excellent, fresh, and authentic ingredients, expertly prepared by the chef, who demonstrates passion and dedication to his work. The mussels are incredible, the cuttlefish and calamari are incredibly fresh, and the mixed seafood is perfectly fried. Excellent value for money. The view is breathtaking. Very kind and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant is practically on the lake, beautiful and well-maintained. It has indoor and outdoor dining areas. It offers a varied menu with innovative elements oriented towards tradition. The dishes were standard but very tasty, with a good selection of wines. EXCELLENT value for money. The service left me very perplexed: I ordered an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course, and was served after an hour and directly with the first courses: they had forgotten to prepare and bring the appetizer. Granted, they apologized for the mix-up, blaming the large number of people, but I think only two people serving for Sunday lunch is really too few. I think that despite everything, it is a good restaurant: worth revisiting.
