Trovato sulla guida Osterie Slow Food e passando da queste parti abbiamo cenato alla Mangiatoia, che dire: incredibile rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Tre antipasti un primo un secondo e due acque con Lucano offerto: 44 euro in due. Location molto suggestiva per quanto riguarda la terrazza, un filo datato l’interno ma ci sta. Musica blues come accompagnamento un filino troppo alta ma molto interessante come scelta. Su tutto u’pastiz tipico di Rotondella, da solo merita il viaggio! Bravi, continuate così!

Excellent food, we ate on the terrace overlooking the Lucanian Apennines. The staff is really kind and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!

Found by chance among the alleys of Rotondella, near the panoramic square, welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff, excellent food, excellent quality for the price, absolutely worth trying if you're in the area, 20 minutes from Nova Siri Marina

Went here with a party of 9 at about 930 at night. This appeared to be a family owned business with a very hardworking woman who served us. Starters were cheese boards that were fresh and delicious and French fries for the table. This seems to be a new starter this year at some restaurants. We also had a Pastizzz as a starter. We all had different versions of pizza. All fresh, out of the oven and delicious. Prices extremely reasonable. It was not crowded, the outside dining was beautiful although we moved inside bc it was a little chilly. Good food, home feel. It's a definite place to try

Lovely place, family but effective service. Homemade cuisine but well prepared and with quality products, with some small shortcomings in the preparation (slightly overcooked pasta. However, worth trying for the relaxing atmosphere where you can breathe the Lucanian soul

Everything almost perfect for a traditional hosteria. Local cuisine, husband in the kitchen, wife in the dining room and excellent value for money. However, I must make a note: firzuli with breadcrumbs must be made with breadcrumbs and not with breadcrumbs.
