Restaurant in a small side street which offers Genoese cuisine and some Asian dishes (rice). Good value for money and a warm welcome in a cozy atmosphere. The dishes are tasty (pasta with anchovies and salmon). In quantity for a big eater it is a little light but with a dessert it does the job. Service a little long, it goes well with a glass of wine. 🙂

02/02/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. I had vitello tonnato as an appetizer. Completely failed. The sauce tasted of nothing and was very liquid. Poor meat. My rating goes up a little thanks to the pansoti. You could tell they were homemade as was the sauce. Both were good. The owner was very confused and managed the dining room operations in a clumsy way. Too bad. They could do much better.

20/06/2024: Nei luoghi turistici e di mare, non sempre i posti migliori per mangiare sono in posizione vista mare. Infatti a Santa Margherita Ligure c'e' una vera osteria, Osteria n.7, appena dietro la darsena del porto turistico. A meno di 100 metri dal lungo mare, nella via interna, Osterian.7 offre una cucina ligure di qualita' a ottimi prezzi. Un bell'atmosfera da osteria tradizionale e pero' con un menu' ricco di sorprese, e una carta di dolci degna di un ottimo ristorante. Non si prenota, si va! Come si deve fare in Osteria. Le specialita' ligure sono tutte eccellenti: trofie al pesto, verdure ripiene, spaghetti alle vongole..e anche il minestrone. Servizio rapido e di qualita'! Consigliatissimo!
17/02/2024: Siamo stati in questa osteria per pranzo qualche settimana fa. Posto tranquillo in una vietta defilata di Santa. Ambiente molto famigliare e cucina locale ottima. I prezzi secondo me non sono però da osteria. Un piatto di trofie 14€ (o giù di lì)
