Discovered by chance, after tasting their Bagoss at the Fabus refuge, I decided to organize, with "Gli amici del Bagoss" of Lonato, a visit to this place for an aperitif and to visit their cellar, filled with Bagoss.
Well, we had a wonderful time: an aperitif accompanied by abundant appetizers: frittatas, various canapés, local salami, and
and... the inevitable Bagoss in various versions (more mature, less mature).
Delicious.
We took the opportunity to purchase some Bagoss (aged for 2 years) and goat cheese (superb).
They kindly gave us a tour of the cellar, showing us the various forms of Bagoss.
A welcoming and warm mountain atmosphere.
