It is not the typical tourist Mexican cuisine, but it is the Mexican cuisine par excellence. The food is excellent, the service is super, the place is a bit small, but the sayings are never contradicted: "good wine comes in a small package". Must try.

A truly pleasant evening, a high-profile welcome and food in line with what one might expect, perhaps the sangria was slightly unbalanced in taste. It is important to consider that the internal spaces are quite compact.

Small place, few tables and open kitchen. Everything was delicious, freshly made tortillas, very good nachos and nice sangria. Do the dishes strictly respect the Spanish or Mexican tradition? I don't know but it doesn't matter because they are really delicious, even during the week! Courteous and professional service. Very recommended place

02/01/2025: Da asporto o al tavolo, Di Matteo è molto frequentato. La lunga fila per la pizza a portafoglio e per i fritti da portare via era scoraggiante, ma fortunatamente siamo riusciti a sederci (in 9) senza snervanti attese. In un ambiente spoglio ed essenziale, abbiamo mangiato dell’ottima pizza ed il conto è stato onesto.
21/12/2024: Desde 1936 , este restaurante sirve pizza y variedades de comida callejera de Nápoles. Teníamos Fritto Misto: masa frita, crocchè que tiene patata y queso en el interior, calabacín, y arancini con carne y arroz en el interior. ¡Todo delicioso!

03/10/2024: My sister and I got a take away here this evening and the staff were incredible, so welcoming!!!! let us sit and wait and had a great laugh with us, the pizza we got was one of the best we have had on our trip around amafi! Would recommend!!! Authentic Italian very reasonably priced!
