Unmissable
I was greeted with exquisite kindness and expertise. I sampled various local dishes. The Catalana made with skate wings was wonderful, the porchetta was tender and succulent, and even the fresh cheeses, usually tasteless, were delightful! To accompany everything, an excellent piadina and the owner's smile. The setting is unique: a tower with an underground cellar you can visit, keeping it cool even in the height of summer. Finally, the prices are very fair. I'd send a few restaurateurs from a northern city (which I won't name, but it's clear from my profile) for a crash course! Not to be missed.
