14/03/2025: My girlfriend and I went to lunch today around 2pm, we were welcomed and sat near the fireplace, on a rainy day.
We start with 2 appetizers, Chianina meatballs and parmigiana.
I'll tell you right away that the meatball sauce drove me crazy! You could feel that it had been cooked for hours, inside it gave off a completely typical flavor of the homemade sauce made by grandmothers in the 90s, not to mention the fried meatball, and that inside it had a lot of flavor of quality meat!.
The parmigiana melted in the mouth, we took 2 appetizers which already made us understand the quality of the chosen restaurant.
2 first courses: mixed pasta, potatoes and provola, linguine with Porcini mushrooms and black truffle (my girlfriend would have preferred the risotto with Porcini mushrooms, but they couldn't do it, it was a dish suitable for 2 people, too bad)
The potatoes and provola were one of the best I've ever eaten, creamy and tasty.
I didn't try the linguine but my girlfriend devoured it and in the meantime she kept telling me how good it was!
Undecided between dessert and tartare, we chose the latter and I was fully satisfied, fresh, with a sweet note of lemon, which didn't spoil anything but rather highlighted the freshness of the dish itself, simple but top quality!
I recommend this restaurant to everyone, trust me it deserves it, look at the photos!
