Inadequate value for money (€40 per person with house wine). Very slow service (more than an hour between starter and first course). A positive note is the homemade ravioli from the dough to the filling

Very friendly staff and really good food, prices a little high but nothing unreasonable. We stumbled upon it by chance and, despite not having booked and it being Sunday, they immediately found us a place. We will be back with pleasure!

Typical inland trattoria, where more attention is paid to substance than form. The script is the traditional dishes ravioli, pansotti, mushrooms etc..
In this case, if the comparison is with the other trattorias in Gaiazza, the comparison is close and it is more a question of personal taste than anything else, even if perhaps this is not my favourite.

Delicious dishes, homemade, genuine and of excellent quality! Very kind staff! We had lunch outside under the trees. They immediately offered us a bowl of water for the dog. Homemade sandwiches! Excellent! Superlative ravioli! Great price! Returned many times also with friends and family. We have already recommended it!

Rustic and bucolic environment in Gaiazza. The traditional dishes are good but the best is their potato focaccia stuffed in a thousand different ways, also excellent for a nice substantial snack!

An unrivaled focaccia with cheese!!! Other than Recco!!! Panissa top marks, this is how much we ate!! But seeing the other dishes pass by, everything looked very good, the outdoor setting was beautiful in the shade in summer and in the sun in mid-season with the possibility of bringing your bike with you if you want or internal tables if you prefer everything made from their wood-fired oven
